Book a DemoLimitations & onboarding
Guest Gem provides a managed AI service that requires you to configure review platforms and approve a brand tone guide. You remain responsible for the material we publish on your behalf.
Support & uptime
Our SLA covers automated response generation availability and a team of hospitality experts supporting approved users. Emergency change management is available for enterprise customers.
Data & cancellation
You can cancel at the end of any billing period. Upon cancellation, we retain your anonymized analytics and you can request deletion via our Data Deletion portal.
